In response to the question of how to reach a younger target group, we conducted market research for Max & More. Based on the results, we developed a new brand strategy. We then translated this into a social media strategy where the focus was on connecting with the target group. We focused on the tone of voice, selecting the right models and optimizing the processes regarding contact with influencers. In addition, we laid the foundation for a matching visual representation of the brand online and we took on the Art Direction for the social media content.
